FIFF film market enjoys poster

A poster belonging to the film market of Fajr International Film Festival in Iran has been released.

The 20th edition of Iranian International Market for Film and TV programs which is one of the main sections of Fajr International Film Festival (FIFF), legally funded by Iran’s Cinema Organization.

 IFM runs from April 21 to 26, 2017 in the Iranian capital city of Tehran.
The market provides a platform for promotion and distribution of family, humane and moral content avoiding violence, eroticism and nudity. IFM set the stage for producers, distributors, exhibitors and sales agents of films and TV programs.

In the latest edition of the market, a total of 33 Iranian movies expecting to attend international events are set to be screened for IFM’s international guests.

IFM section of FIFF will conduct two workshops as well.

Established in 1982, Fajr Film Festival is an event that celebrates cultural exchange, displays creative achievements of highly acclaimed cineastes and pays tribute to local and international films.

Since its establishment, Fajr International Film Festival has played a vital role in the development of the Iranian Cinema.

Supervised by Iran’s Ministry of Culture, the festival hosts veteran directors and new filmmakers from Iran and across the world every year.

The 35th International Fajr Film Festival and its local counterpart, Fajr Film Festival, are Iran’s most important cinematic events. The former is scheduled to take place in the country’s capital of Tehran from April 21 through 28, 2017.
